    No. We have all the equipment – join a class. Instructors lead you through your routines, ensuring effective and efficient technique without the need to invest in more programs.

    You should come in two to four times per week. This frequency delivers the necessary stimulation to facilitate progress and still recover, all leading to a safe and predictable outcome, which was made for you!
