You are not hiring a trainer. You are joining a complete fitness system that combines personal training, nutrition guidance, accountability, and expert coaching to help you achieve lasting results.

Our clients benefit from a team approach. If needed, you can train with different coaches while following the same customized Fit4Blast program and standards.

Yes. Every client has access to nutrition guidance and coaching designed to support weight loss, muscle gain, improved health, and long term success.

Yes. Unlike independent trainers, Fit4Blast gives you access to multiple qualified coaches, making scheduling easier and ensuring continuity when your primary coach is unavailable.

We offer personal training at your home, workplace, apartment gym, or at our training locations throughout New Jersey and New York City.

Locations & Policies

Fit4Blast provides personal training throughout New Jersey and New York City. We offer sessions at your home, workplace, apartment gym, outdoor location, or one of our training facilities.

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance through the Fit4Blast app. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If a Fit4Blast coach cancels a session, you will receive a complimentary make-up session.
