Our exclusive THE4ZONE Training System is unlike any other group fitness class in NYC & NJ. In just 40 minutes, you’ll push, sweat, and grow stronger, surrounded by a community that drives you to keep going.
Here’s how it works:

4 Stations per round with 3 targeted moves each

40s ON / 20s OFF intervals to maximize results

3 Rounds + Warm-Up & Cool Down = 40 minutes of pure energy
