Our exclusive THE4ZONE Training System is unlike any other group fitness class in NYC & NJ. In just 40 minutes, you’ll push, sweat, and grow stronger, surrounded by a community that drives you to keep going.

Here’s how it works:

4 Stations per round with 3 targeted moves each

40s ON / 20s OFF intervals to maximize results

3 Rounds + Warm-Up & Cool Down = 40 minutes of pure energy

From bodyweight moves to kettlebells, dumbbells, and functional training, every class is packed with variety and progress. You’ll leave feeling stronger, fitter, and more motivated than ever.
